Windows 10 22H2 Update Allows Users in Europe to Uninstall Preloaded Apps

Yesterday, Microsoft rolled out the KB5034203 update to users of the Windows 10 22H2 version, bumping up the version number to 19045.3996.

After installing this update, users will have the ability to uninstall all preloaded software, but unfortunately, this feature is only available to users in the European region.

Microsoft has stated that in an effort to ensure compliance with the Digital Markets Act in the European Economic Area, users are now permitted to uninstall all preloaded software in Windows, including Edge, Bing search, Photos, Camera, and more.
