Huawei Unveils New Foldable Phone with Kirin 9000S 5G Chip
Today, according to the digital blogger @DigitalChat, Huawei’s latest slim and foldable phone will feature the Kirin 9000S 5G chip.
It is mentioned that this phone will continue the design of its predecessor but with an enlarged camera module and secondary screen. It will be available in purple leather and gray glass versions, as well as an art version featuring 3D relief technology.
This new device will also come with a Kirin chip, equipped with a total capacity of 4520mAh dual-cell battery and supporting 66W fast charging.
According to @UncleLookout, Huawei is set to host a new product launch event in February, unveiling the codenamed “LEM” Huawei foldable phone and Huawei Smart Selection smart door lock.
Moreover, some stores are reportedly starting to promote “post-holiday blind dates” as mentioned by bloggers.
Previously, Huawei launched the P50 Pocket (Treasure Box) in 2021 and Pocket S in 2022. This new device will add to Huawei’s lineup of compact foldable phones.
With the inclusion of the Kirin 9000S 5G chip, this phone aims to address the limitations of the Pocket S with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G 4G chipset and the Huawei P50 Pocket with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 4G chipset.
