Huawei to Unveil HUAWEI Pocket 2, a New Foldable Flagship Phone, on February 22

Huawei has officially announced that it will host a fashion event on February 22 to launch the brand-new foldable flagship phone – HUAWEI Pocket 2. According to the promotional poster, the Pocket 2 will continue the dual-circle design of its predecessor. The circular module at the top is the rear camera setup, while the one at the bottom is a circular secondary screen used for displaying notifications, rear camera previews, and other functions.

The official naming of “Pocket 2” confirms earlier speculations, indicating that Pocket will become an independent brand within the Huawei smartphone lineup, on par with the Mate and P series. According to previous leaks, it is anticipated that the Pocket 2 will be equipped with the Kirin 9000S series chipset. This device not only marks Huawei’s first foldable phone with a Kirin chipset but also its debut 5G foldable phone.
