But what’s next for Redmi in the next decade? Tonight, at the official launch event, the answer was revealed: they invested an additional billion dollars for a new device!

Among them, the inaugural product of the Turbo series, the Redmi Turbo 3 smartphone, stole the spotlight. Its value proposition reached an unprecedented level, with a starting price of 1999 yuan, featuring the third-generation Snapdragon 8S chip right from the first release. The official statement was clear: an additional billion dollars was invested just to introduce this Snapdragon 8 series chip into the Redmi Turbo 3! Starting with the most anticipated new smartphone, the Redmi Turbo 3 features an innovative design. It adopts a square-edged frame on the front, with equal-width borders on three sides, while the back employs a symmetrical four-curved design. The device features a direct screen design without plastic support, with a thickness of only 7.8mm and weighing just 179g.

While maintaining a slim profile, the new device also incorporates a diamond bone structure, certified by SGS for its five-star drop resistance. As for pricing, the new device brings a pleasant surprise. There are four storage configurations available: 12GB+256GB priced at 1999 yuan, 12GB+512GB priced at 2299 yuan, 16GB+512GB priced at 2499 yuan, and 16GB+1TGB priced at 2799 yuan. Sales will begin on April 15th.
