Huawei Pura 70 Ultra leaks: Over 1-inch RYYB lens, leather back

News from April 16th: Blogger @UncleLookedAtMountains shared some details about the Huawei Pura 70 series phones on Weibo tonight. They mentioned that the Huawei Pura 70 Ultra will feature a primary camera with over 50 million pixels and a RYYB sensor of over one inch. Additionally, it will have a 50 million pixel periscope lens, a 40 million pixel ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 13 million pixel autofocus lens (front).

In terms of colors, the phone will come in shades like grass green, mocha brown, starry white, and starry black, with a genuine leather back. Based on the data released, the Pura 70 Ultra may also support 100W charging. Specific camera configurations for other models are detailed in the image below:

Later on, blogger @TechChatStation mentioned, “The information about the Huawei Pura 70 Ultra is indeed intriguing with its 50Mp 1/0.98″ RYYB sensor, a super large one-inch sensor.”

Earlier today, @UncleLookedAtMountains also revealed the first sales model and versions of the Pura 70 series phones, stating that the Pura 70 Pro version does not have a “Luxury Edition”; this version is just for show, as reported previously by IT House.

Huawei’s Executive Director and CEO of the Consumer Business Group, Richard Yu, also told a reporter from First Finance Today, “Pura70 can be seen as P70, and there will be good news in a couple of days.” According to sources in the supply chain, there have been “significant changes” in the cameras of Pura compared to the past. “We started shipping at the beginning of the year, and after entering March, there was a small peak in orders. Currently, the shipment pace is about a million units per month, and it will gradually increase in the future.”
