iQOO Unveils iQOO Z9 Turbo and iQOO Z9 Series with 144Hz C8 Eye Protection Screen

Fast Technology reported on April 19th that iQOO announced the iQOO Z9 Turbo and iQOO Z9 series will feature a 144Hz C8 eye protection screen, with a peak brightness reaching 4500 nits, making it the best OLED screen in the iQOO Z series.

Not only that, the screens of iQOO Z9 and iQOO Z9 Turbo have three major dimming modes. They support low-brightness 2160Hz PWM + high-brightness DC dimming, as well as low-brightness 3840Hz ultra-high-frequency PWM dimming. They also support full-brightness DC dimming, providing comprehensive eye protection.

Moreover, both iQOO Z9 and iQOO Z9 Turbo come with the largest capacity Blue Ocean battery in history, with a capacity of 6000mAh, while maintaining a slim body of only 7.98mm, making it the world’s thinnest 6000mAh smartphone.

Additionally, the iQOO Z9 Turbo is equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen3 platform. This marks the first time the iQOO Z series has used the Snapdragon 8 series chip. With an Antutu benchmark score easily surpassing 1.7 million points and featuring a brand-new discrete graphics chip, it is the only dual-core performance smartphone in its class.

This device will debut on April 24th.
