PS5 Pro Specs Leak

The latest information comes from the renowned gaming analysis firm, Digital Foundry. They disclose that the PS5 Pro will feature a more powerful Graphics Processing Unit (GPU). This GPU boasts a maximum clock speed of 2.35GHz, with a standard operating frequency of 2.18GHz.

Digital Foundry also states that the PS5 Pro’s GPU L1 cache has been upgraded from 128KB to 256KB, and the L0 cache has expanded from 16KB to 32KB. These hardware upgrades aim to enhance the console’s support for ray tracing technology and overall performance.

Overall, compared to the standard PS5, the GPU performance of the PS5 Pro may see an increase of around 10%. Such an upgrade is expected to bring significant improvements in graphics quality, frame rates, and overall gaming experience for players.

Media speculations suggest that Sony might officially unveil the PS5 Pro console at the Summer Game Fest in June. After all, this timing seems consistent with Sony’s past practices of unveiling new console products.
