Samsung has confirmed that an update for One UI 6.1 will be globally released starting on March 28th!
The One UI 6.1 update will first be rolled out for flagship smartphones and tablets released in 2023, including the Galaxy S23, Galaxy Z Fold 5, Galaxy Z Flip 5, and the Samsung Galaxy S9 series.
For these devices, the One UI 6.1 update is significant as it will enhance the Galaxy artificial intelligence experience, making it more user-friendly for a wider audience, instead of reserving it for future releases such as the Galaxy S24 and other flagship phones.
Galaxy AI can summarize long texts and web pages, automatically format text into notes, translate and transcribe voice recordings, correct grammar and spelling errors, and change the tone of messages during chats.
During calls, you can use AI to translate voice and text in real-time for yourself and the other party. When editing images, you can remove objects and move them around. Additionally, artificial intelligence allows you to create wallpapers customized based on various themes and keywords.
But that’s not all. One UI 6.1 includes features such as reverse search, slow-motion playback in the gallery, personalized alarm backgrounds, and more ways to preserve battery health.
