On the morning of April 18 at 10:08 a.m., just like the previous Mate 60 series, the Huawei Pura70 series (formerly known as the P70 series) was officially launched for sale without a product launch event. The series includes four versions: Pura70, Pura70 Pro, Pura70 Pro+, and Pura70 Ultra.

Currently, the Pura70 Pro and Pura70 Ultra versions have been officially launched across all channels, with the Pro version starting at ¥6499 and the Ultra version starting at ¥9999.

Pre-orders for the Pura70 and Pura70 Pro+ versions have also been opened simultaneously and will be officially available for sale on April 22 at 10:08 a.m., with the Pura70 version starting at ¥5499 and the Pura70 Pro+ version at ¥8999.

Huawei stated that the Pura70 series adopts a new landmark design that leads the way in aesthetics. The light-woven grid pattern is inspired by the interplay of light and shadow in modern architecture, creating a symphony of urban life. The star pattern, with its high-end embroidered embossing technique, showcases a refined quality and style.

The Pura70 series challenges the limits of mobile imaging. With an industry-first super-focus telescopic camera, it takes center stage, providing a sense of exclusivity when capturing photos. Super high-speed snapshots set new records in speed. The super-focus macro telephoto lens explores the wonders of the micro world. Portrait, night scene, telephoto, and video capabilities have been further enhanced to offer consumers a better shooting experience.

The Pura70 series is also equipped with the new HarmonyOS 4.2, delivering a more fun, intelligent, and seamless flagship experience. The BeiDou satellite system has been upgraded to support sending image messages – a picture is worth a thousand words. The entire series supports AI remote control, intelligent touch payment, and integrates with the Pangu Grand Model, offering more intelligent applications such as AI elimination and AI cloud enhancement.

Although Huawei has yet to disclose the chip used in the Pura70 series, based on information leaked by netizens, the series is equipped with the new Kirin 9010 processor with a 12-core architecture, including 2 large cores at 2.3GHz, 6 big cores at 2.18GHz, and 4 small cores at 1.55GHz. It can be seen that the frequencies of the processor cores are relatively low, which seems to indicate that the series still uses the previous 7nm process.

Looking at the current sales situation, the Pura70 Pro and Pura70 Ultra versions that have already been launched are still available for purchase on the Huawei website, unlike the Mate 60 series that was quickly sold out right after its launch. Additionally, offline channels seem to have an ample supply this time. The availability of the Pura70 series indicates that Huawei has somewhat solved the chip production bottleneck issue.
