Recently, digital bloggers have leaked information suggesting that iQOO is collaborating with CSOT to jointly develop flagship-level screens. However, the specific model for the debut of this flagship screen is yet to be revealed, though the blogger suggests the possibility of it being part of the iQOO 13 series.
Previously, the same blogger had also disclosed screen details regarding the iQOO 13 series. It is reported that the new devices will feature both a 1.5K flat screen and a 2K curved screen, with screen suppliers including domestic options and Samsung. Considering the latest leak, the “domestic” screen manufacturer mentioned here is likely CSOT. The blogger further indicated that following the successful popularization of super-fast charging technology, the iQOO 13 series will once again lead the trend by popularizing super-sized batteries, with both models being dual-core gaming flagships.
In terms of screens, the iQOO 12 series has already achieved remarkable results. The iQOO 12 Pro was the first to adopt a 2K resolution 144Hz full-sensing screen with Samsung E7 material in the Chinese market. It boasts a pixel density of 517 PPI, with a global peak brightness of 1600 nits and a local peak brightness of up to 3000 nits. Meanwhile, the iQOO 12 features a 6.78-inch 1.5K OLED display with support for a maximum refresh rate of 144Hz and a peak brightness of 3000 nits.
