Vivo X100s Launch Featuring Tianji 9300+ Premium Chipset on May 7th

MediaTek has officially announced that the MDDC 2024 Developer Conference will be held on May 7th. The highly anticipated Dimensity 9300+ flagship chipset is set to make its debut. The vivo X100S is expected to be the first smartphone to feature the Dimensity 9300+ chipset. Following that, the Redmi K70 Pro will also plan to utilize this chipset, becoming one of the first phones to adopt it.

The Dimensity 9300+ chipset is manufactured using TSMC’s 4nm process technology, with a CPU architecture featuring a combination of 4 large cores and 4 small cores. The CPU’s main frequency can reach 3.4GHz, while the GPU utilizes the Arm Immortalis-G720 MP12, maintaining a frequency of 1.3GHz. Compared to the previous generation Dimensity 9300, the performance has significantly improved. According to Geekbench 6 test results, the Dimensity 9300+ chipset scores approximately 2300 points in single-core performance and up to 7700 points in multi-core performance. In terms of performance testing, the chipset scores over 2.3 million points in the AnTuTu benchmark, making it the most powerful and highest-scoring smartphone chipset in the Android camp.

The upcoming vivo X100S will also feature a narrow-bezel straight screen with a 1.5K resolution, alongside a right-angled metal frame and a glass body, offering four color options: white, black, blue, and titanium, in addition to being equipped with the Dimensity 9300+ chipset.
