May 7, 2024, MediaTek hosted the Dimensity Developer Conference 2024 (MDDC 2024), with the theme “AI for All.” The conference deeply explored the revolutionary changes and new opportunities that generative AI technology brings to the mobile ecosystem. During the event, MediaTek kick-started the “Dimensity AI Pioneer Program” in collaboration with partners on the Dimensity platform. They also jointly launched the “Generative AI Mobile Industry White Paper” with industry ecosystem partners to define the concept of generative AI smartphones. They shared solutions for deploying generative AI at the edge, such as the “Dimensity AI Development Kit,” along with innovative applications across various scenarios.
