This sensor is 50 million pixels, with a 1/0.98-inch large base and a single pixel size of 1.6μm, paired with Xiaomi’s second-generation stepless variable aperture technology, with a maximum aperture of f/1.63, resulting in a total light input that is 205% of that of the iPhone 15 Pro Max, making it the industry’s highest light input for a one-inch sensor.

In addition, the device will also be equipped with a 50-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens, a 50-megapixel 3.2x telephoto lens, and a 50-megapixel 5x periscope telephoto lens, all of which are IMX858, ensuring consistency with the main camera’s image.

The new device also features Xiaomi’s first AI large model computation photography platform, “Xiaomi AISP,” an upgraded Xiaomi imaging brain that delivers high-quality super snapshots and professional film prints, with a continuous shooting capability of up to 150 frames, compared to the iPhone 15 Pro Max, which can only manage 65 frames.

The newly upgraded professional street photography mode 2.0 allows for instant capturing without the need to focus, capturing moments quickly in just 0.7 seconds.

Regarding video shooting, there has been a significant improvement. The Xiaomi 14 Ultra not only supports 4K/60fps full-range zoom shooting, but also 4K/120fps high frame rate slow-motion shooting, and even achieves unlimited 8K/30fps recording throughout the full range.

The surface is covered with Xiaomi’s Dragon Crystal Glass, with a Vickers hardness of 860 HV0.025, surpassing the toughness of the super-ceramic glass on the iPhone 15 series.

The back of the Xiaomi 14 Ultra has removed the stepped camera module of its predecessor, resulting in a flatter and simpler overall design, with optimized weight distribution for a more comfortable grip.

The Xiaomi 14 Ultra has also developed a Dragon Armor structure, using a high-strength aluminum alloy “6M42” mid-frame, combined with CNC integrated molding technology, resulting in a 100% increase in bending resistance performance, surpassing the strength of the titanium alloy mid-frame on the iPhone by 8%. # Xiaomi 14 Ultra Unveils New Features and Models
