Introduction to Xiaomi 14 Launch at MWC 2024

The Mobile World Congress 2024 is currently in full swing in Barcelona, Spain, and Xiaomi is among the participants this year, unveiling the highly popular small-size flagship model, Xiaomi 14. An interesting highlight is the presence of Qualcomm’s CEO, Antonio Monforte, at the event to endorse this particular model.

Not limited to the domestic market, but globally recognized, Xiaomi 14 stands out as a rare compact all-around flagship, excelling in areas like screen quality, camera performance, overall functionality, and battery life. The small-size design, especially when paired with squared edges, ensures a very comfortable grip.

Compared to its predecessor, Xiaomi 13, Xiaomi 14 has seen comprehensive improvements across the board. It boasts a 1.5K LTPO adaptive high-refresh-rate screen and a rear camera with a Leica floating lens with 75mm focal length, accommodating both telephoto and macro photography.

Moreover, Xiaomi 14 is one of the first models in China to feature the third-generation Snapdragon 8 chipset, delivering robust performance while effectively managing power consumption and heat dissipation. In terms of details, Xiaomi 14 supports 90W wired fast charging, 50W wireless fast charging, along with IP68 certification, Wi-Fi 7, and USB 3.2 at 5Gbps.

Regarding pricing, the standard version of Xiaomi 14 starts at 999 euros (approximately 7778 Chinese Yuan), notably higher than the domestic price.
