Xiaomi Chairman Lei Jun Responds to the News of Xiaomi SU7

On March 24th, Xiaomi’s chairman Lei Jun addressed the news regarding the Xiaomi SU7.

He mentioned that in order to ensure the quality of the product, Xiaomi conducted an additional mass production car test, and many people in various cities have already spotted the Xiaomi SU7 on the roads.

This test was the largest in the country, with all executives personally involved, accumulating a total test mileage of over 100,000 kilometers.

Lei Jun himself took part in the test multiple times, with the furthest trip being from Beijing to Shanghai, covering over 1200 kilometers in a 15-hour journey, including two charging stops and two rest breaks.

Regarding the pricing matter, Lei Jun stated that the Xiaomi SU7 is a luxurious C-class sedan with powerful features.

Although the price is relatively high, he believes that after witnessing the launch event, everyone will feel that it is worth every penny.
