Microsoft has released the Build 23619 update for Windows 11 Dev Preview users today, addressing several bugs and adding the ability to quickly launch Teams meetings from the Start menu. Additionally, users can now take screenshots across platforms; when taking a screenshot on an Android device linked to a Windows system, a notification will pop up on the computer, allowing users to easily access, edit, or share the relevant screenshot files.
Moreover, the Start menu for Windows 11 Professional/Enterprise editions has added the capability to quickly initiate Teams meetings. When logging into the system using a Microsoft Enterprise ID account, users can directly launch Teams meetings from the Start menu.
For users with performance requirements, this version has been optimized. Reading large files or performing numerous operations in File Explorer has become faster. Additionally, there has been a bug in Task Manager: when the mouse is positioned in the search box, the Task Manager cannot be dragged.
Furthermore, this update also resolves a long-standing issue that has been troubling users: adding voiceovers to the settings menu caused the settings to crash.
These are the main highlights and bug fixes in this update. If you are a Windows 11 Dev Preview user, it is recommended to download the ISO image and install this update promptly for an improved experience.
