According to foreign media reports obtained by CNMO, ESR, a popular overseas manufacturer of mobile phone and tablet accessories, has prematurely listed protective cases for the 12.9-inch iPad Air on Amazon. In the product description, ESR refers to this iPad as the 2024 model. Currently, Apple only sells a single version of the iPad Air with a screen size of 10.9 inches.

Foreign media reports indicate that while the renderings used to display the protective cases look almost identical to those used to promote protective cases for the 12.9-inch iPad Pro, and third-party accessories are unrelated to Apple, manufacturers typically receive information about new devices before their release so they can produce and sell accessories like protective cases in advance.
